Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts commissioned us to manage their cluster social media platforms for their Dubai hotels and establish a luxury positioning across the portfolio.

Across 9 accounts and 19 platforms, we created a multilayered approach with content that emphasised the unique visual tone of each individual hotel.

We increased storytelling and created narratives that showcase the singular experiences that can only be enjoyed at Jumeirah properties.

Recognising the value in video content, we guided content creation and produced video content that was optimised for mobile and social consumption. We strategised creative executions that draw the user's attention into the feed and highlighted distinctive offerings and services for each hotel.

Closing the loop, we use data to create insights that guide the ongoing management of each platform and focus on personalised community management that delivers the type of hospitality you'd expect from your favourite concierge.
